If a specific product, service, event, membership, app feature, promotion, or program is subject to additional terms, those additional terms will also apply.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for:

restricting access to your account and devices
all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or are used in a fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized manner.
If you purchase products or services through our Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
By making a purchase, you authorize us and/or our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable purchase price, taxes, shipping fees, subscription fees, in-app charges, or other disclosed charges.

refuse or cancel any order
limit quantities purchased
restrict orders that appear to be placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors
correct pricing, listing, or typographical errors
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Any digital products, courses, downloadable resources, audio files, videos, written materials, memberships, or app-based content made available through our Services are licensed for your personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable use only, unless otherwise expressly stated.
You may not:
reproduce, resell, redistribute, or exploit our digital content for commercial purposes
share paid access with unauthorized users
upload, post, or distribute our proprietary materials on third-party platforms without permission
modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or copy protected content except as allowed by law
We may offer recurring memberships, subscription plans, premium communities, coaching memberships, or app-based paid access.
By enrolling in a recurring plan, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed interval until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
subscription fees are billed in advance
renewals occur automatically unless canceled
you are responsible for managing your subscription before renewal
fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise
we may change pricing, benefits, or features upon reasonable notice
If a subscription is purchased through Apple or Google, billing, cancellation, refunds, renewals, and payment management may also be governed by the applicable platform’s rules and your store account settings.
Our mobile apps may offer digital products, subscriptions, premium features, virtual goods, or other paid access within the app.
If you purchase through an app store:
transactions may be processed by Apple, Google, or another platform provider
your purchase may be subject to that platform’s payment terms and conditions
subscription management and cancellation may need to be completed through your platform account
refund requests for platform-billed purchases may need to be directed to the platform unless otherwise stated
Our Services may include community areas, comments, chat, profiles, groups, message boards, or other features that allow users to submit, post, share, or display content (“User Content”).
You agree not to submit or share content that:
is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, hateful, abusive, obscene, sexually exploitative, or misleading
violates another person’s privacy, publicity, contractual, or intellectual property rights
contains malware, spam, scams, or deceptive links
impersonates a person or entity
promotes dangerous, fraudulent, or illegal conduct
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, moderate, remove, restrict, report, or review User Content and user activity at our discretion.
By submitting User Content, you grant New Soul Society LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, adapt, and promote that User Content in connection with our business and Services.
You represent and warrant that:
you own or control the rights to the User Content
your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right

We may offer coaching, intuitive guidance, spiritual consultations, classes, readings, educational experiences, or similar personal-development services.
These services are provided for educational, informational, spiritual, and personal-growth purposes only. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support, and they do not establish a licensed professional-client relationship unless explicitly stated in writing.
You acknowledge and agree that:
results are subjective and not guaranteed
any action you take based on coaching or spiritual guidance is your own decision
you remain solely responsible for your health, finances, relationships, legal matters, business decisions, and personal outcomes
emergency, mental health, medical, or legal issues should be directed to qualified licensed professionals
If we offer a marketplace, vendor platform, directory, seller portal, or third-party listing environment, additional terms may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
we may act only as a platform provider and not as the seller of third-party goods or services
third-party sellers are responsible for their own listings, representations, shipping, taxes, customer service, refunds, and compliance
we do not guarantee the quality, legality, accuracy, safety, or fulfillment of third-party products or services
disputes relating to third-party transactions may need to be resolved between buyer and seller, subject to any platform rules we choose to enforce
We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend sellers, restrict categories, or impose marketplace rules at any time.
If you opt in to receive SMS or text communications from us, you consent to receive recurring automated or non-automated marketing and transactional text messages at the number you provide.
You understand that:
consent is not a condition of purchase
message frequency may vary
message and data rates may apply
you may opt out at any time by replying STOP
you may reply HELP for assistance where applicable
You agree to provide a valid mobile number that you are authorized to use. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Some pages, emails, app screens, articles, or content may include affiliate links or referral links. This means we may earn a commission or other benefit if you click a link or make a purchase through it, at no additional cost to you unless stated otherwise.
We may also feature sponsored content, brand relationships, gifted items, or compensated recommendations from time to time. Any such material relationships will be disclosed where required.
We may offer giveaways, sweepstakes, contests, raffles where legally permitted, promotional drawings, or similar promotions. Such promotions may be governed by separate rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, prize terms, and legal disclosures.

limit product quantities
discontinue products at any time
substitute packaging or presentation where appropriate

Refund, return, exchange, cancellation, and store credit policies may vary depending on the product or service purchased. Any such policies presented at the point of sale, on the applicable product page, or in a separate policy page are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content and materials included in or made available through the Services, including text, graphics, branding, logos, icons, images, audio, video, downloads, course materials, app interfaces, software, designs, and compilations, are owned by or licensed to New Soul Society LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or promotion rules expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and New Soul Society LLC regarding the Services.

New Soul Society LLC wants to be clear and fair about refunds, returns, cancellations, and credits. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through newsoulsociety.com, any related New Soul Society LLC websites, and any current or future mobile apps or platforms operated by New Soul Society LLC, unless a different policy is stated for a specific offer.
All refund, return, exchange, and cancellation requests are subject to this Policy, the product listing, and any offer-specific terms presented at checkout.
Due to the immediate access nature of digital goods, digital products are generally non-refundable once purchased, downloaded, streamed, accessed, or delivered.
This includes, without limitation:
downloadable PDFs
digital guides
templates
workshops
recordings
meditations
digital memberships
app-based premium unlocks
course content
audio files
video content
If a digital product is duplicated by accident or is technically inaccessible due solely to a verified issue on our end, we may, at our discretion, provide replacement access, store credit, or a refund.
Unless otherwise stated on the offer page:
membership and subscription charges are billed in advance
you may cancel future renewals at any time
cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges
access typically continues through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated
partial-period refunds are not guaranteed
If a trial, grace period, satisfaction period, or special cancellation window is offered, that specific offer controls.
For appointments, sessions, readings, consultations, or coaching:
fees may be non-refundable once the session is booked, confirmed, prepared for, or completed
rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice, subject to availability
missed appointments or no-shows may be non-refundable
if we must cancel and cannot reasonably reschedule, we may offer a refund or credit
If we sell physical goods, returns or exchanges may be accepted only if:
the request is made within the return period stated on the item or site
the item is unused or in acceptable return condition
the item is returned in original packaging where reasonably possible
the item is not a final sale, clearance, customized, intimate, perishable, or otherwise non-returnable product
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item, contact us promptly at info@newsoulsociety.com with your order information and, where helpful, photos of the issue.
We may, at our discretion:
replace the item
issue store credit
issue a partial refund
issue a full refund
If you purchase a subscription, premium feature, or other digital item through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, refunds may be governed by that platform’s refund procedures and billing terms rather than ours.
Items sold during:
flash sales
clearance events
giveaway tie-ins
promotional bundles
special price drops
limited-time releases
may be marked final sale or subject to modified refund terms.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution, we reserve the right to suspend access to digital products, accounts, memberships, app access, or future purchases to the extent permitted by law.

These Mobile App Terms (“App Terms”) apply to any mobile application developed, published, licensed, or operated by New Soul Society LLC.
These App Terms supplement the New Soul Society LLC Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these App Terms control with respect to the mobile app.
Subject to your compliance with these App Terms, New Soul Society LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app for personal, non-commercial use.
If you downloaded the app through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another marketplace, you acknowledge that:
these App Terms are between you and New Soul Society LLC, not the platform provider
the platform provider is not responsible for the app’s content, maintenance, or support except as required by its own terms
your use of the app must comply with the applicable platform usage rules and store policies
The app may offer:
subscriptions
premium access
digital content
one-time upgrades
virtual goods
bonus features
Where purchases are made through a platform marketplace, billing may be handled by that platform. Subscription cancellation, refunds, and renewal management may need to be completed through your Apple or Google account settings.

You may control many of these permissions in your device settings. Some app features may not function properly without the required permissions.

We may release updates, patches, upgrades, or feature changes at any time. We do not guarantee that any app version, feature, or content will remain available indefinitely.
You may not:
copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or exploit the app
reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law
bypass security features
use bots, scraping tools, or automation to access the app improperly
upload harmful code
interfere with app infrastructure or other users
